Mr Pervez is Vice President of the Executive Committee of The Patients’ Behbud Society for Aga Khan University Hospital. He is a successful and renowned businessman and has been an active member of PBS since 2008. Mr Pervez has promoted Pakistan in various export initiatives in leather and textiles. He is an active investor in the stock market. Mr Pervez was also appointed as the Justice of Peace for the Karachi Division by the Government of Sindh.

Mr Rammal is the Chairman and Director of Asiatic Public Relations Network (Pvt.) Ltd., one of the leading PR firms in Pakistan associated with Hill + Knowlton Strategies Worldwide (a WPP Group company). Mr Rammal is one of the founding members, as well as a member of the Executive Committee of the Patients’ Behbud Society for Aga Khan University Hospital (PBS) and Board Member of National Academy of Performing Arts (NAPA). He is also a trustee of the Foundation for Museum of Modern Art (FOMMA) and a member of the Board of Governors of COMSATS Institute of Information Technology (CIIT) Islamabad. Retired Country Managing Partner and CEO of Ernst & Young Ford Rhodes Sidat Hyder (Ernst & Young - Pakistan)
Ebrahim Sidat is a Fellow Chartered Accountant (FCA) and has recently retired as the Country Managing Partner and CEO of Ernst & Young Ford Rhodes Sidat Hyder (Ernst & Young - Pakistan), a position he has held for over 40 years since inception of the firm. Mr Sidat was twice elected as President of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Pakistan (ICAP) and served its Council from 1975 to 1993. He is the former President of the South Asian Federation of Accountants (SAFA) and has also served as a member of the Accounting and Auditing Standards Board of the Accounting and Auditing Organization for Islamic Financial Institutions (AAOIFI). The first Code of Corporate Governance (CCG) in Pakistan was formulated in 2002 under his chairmanship. He chaired another task force in 2012 of the Pakistan Institute of Corporate Governance (PICG) resulting in the revised CCG 2012. Mr Sidat has been a member of the Shariah Board of the State Bank of Pakistan for over a decade. He has also served as a member of the Steering Committee of the Commission on Higher Education, appointed by the President of Pakistan. Mr Sidat is one of the founding members of the Patients’ Behbud Society for AKUH and has led the exercise of developing the constitution and by-laws of the Society.

Ms. Shagufta Hassan is an internationally acclaimed leader in healthcare management and operations. A Fellow Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Pakistan and a graduate of University of Navarra, Spain, where she completed the Advanced Management Program, Ms. Hassan now serves the Aga Khan University Hospital (AKUH), Pakistan as the Interim Chief Executive Officer for its Health Services operations in Pakistan. In her recent role as the Chief Operating Officer, Clinical Laboratories and Outreach Services of AKUH, Ms. Hassan has worked diligently on developing and implementing strategy to revitalize growth of over 280 Clinical Laboratories in more than 128 cities, more than 25 Medical Centers, Pharmacies and Home Healthcare Services ensuring quality standards, identifying business opportunities, and meeting institutional goals and targets. Under her leadership, the Clinical Laboratories have been recognized for their high quality and for fast and accurate testing by being accredited by the College of American Pathologists (CAP), the international gold standard in laboratory testing, making it the first in Pakistan to have achieved this. With her commitment to public health and improving healthcare outcomes around Pakistan, under her leadership, Outreach Services has partnered with Government of Sindh towards eradication of Hepatitis C. An MOU with the Government of Sindh was also signed to carry out Government's immunization program from the Aga Khan University Hospital's phlebotomy centres in the province of Sindh
Mr Zulfiqar Paracha works with a family business that specialises in construction and commodities exports. The business operates from both Karachi and Islamabad. Mr Paracha completed his graduation from Karachi. He is committed to humanitarian and philanthropic work: he has served with the Lions Club for 25 years and joined the Rotary Club of Pakistan a year ago. Mr Paracha became a member of the Executive Committee of The Patients' Behbud Society for AKUH in 2017.

Dr Muhammad Yahya Chawla completed his medical degree (MBBS) in 1987. He currently works as a Director at Burque Corporation (Pvt.) Ltd, a sales management and distribution company for consumer brands. Dr Chawla became a member of the Executive Committee of The Patients' Behbud Society for AKUH in 2017.
Mr. Ahmad is a corporate banker with almost three decades of corporate and investment banking experience. He currently runs an Islamic Financial institution that is acknowledged as the clear thought leader in its space. He also holds the distinction of providing key feedback to the regulator on legislation and regulations. Apart from recognition from various bodies such as the Management association of Pakistan, he has also been featured amongst the top 100 CEOs of Pakistan. He holds a Masters degree in Business Administration and a Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering. Mr. Ahmad is a former Chairman of the NBFI and Modaraba Association of Pakistan and a Vice President of the Asian Financial Services Association.

Zafar Iqbal Sobani brings with him over 40 years’ of experience of working in the manufacturing, power sector and audit profession in Pakistan and in the Middle East. Currently he is engaged in the finance, business and power sector consultancy and he is also a business entrepreneur. He is serving as a Board Member of Privatization Commission since January 2014 and has actively contributed in the Privatization transactions carried during this period which included spade work on PSE and Energy sector. In addition, he is on the Board of listed companyTRG (Pakistan) Limited, Primus Leasing Limited – subsidiary of Brunei Investment Company Limited, IT Minds – a subsidiary of Central Depository Company AGP Pakistan Limited. Fauji Cement Limited both listed companies and Hardon Solar – Developer of Solar solutions. He is also a Chairman of ICAP Audit Committee. During his career, he worked for two years with House of Habib between 2013 and 2015 in the areas of New Project Development and Real Estate Management. He has rich exposure to the power sector industry in the country along with strong relationship with all the major stake holders. His experience includes leading the power sector of the Country as CEO of Hubco Pakistan with three IPP based power project between 2011 and 2013. during the tenure with Hubco was Chairman of Laraib the first IPP in Private sector and the COD of the project was completed and CEO of Liberty Power Tech 200 MW IPP based power project between 2008 and 2011. Majority of his career was spent with Century Paper & Board, a part of Lakson Group, between 1990 and 2008 in the areas of finance, arranging project funding for large size projects treasury, costing and supply chain. In addition was responsible for overall coordination of the Finance Department of the group. He also worked with Pakistan Oxygen Limited between 1985 and 1990 in the core finance functions. He has been the President of Institute of Chartered Accountants of Pakistan (ICAP) and served actively in council and regional committee in various capacities. He also remained Chairman of Quality Control Board of ICAP for nine years and was entrusted with the objective of overseeing the quality of audit assurance work in Pakistan. He also remained Member of the managing committees of Overseas Investors Chamber of Commerce and Industry. He was the Sponsor Director of Pakistan Institute of Corporate Governance in year 2004 and 2005 and has Certification as a trainer of Corporate Governance by IFC. Mr. Mohammad Shoaib, CFA is the Chief Executive Officer of Al Meezan Investment Management Limited, the largest Shariah compliant asset management company in Pakistan. He has over 28 years of experience in managing investment portfolios. He is an MBA from the Institute of Business Administration (IBA), Karachi of 1988 and has also taught in his alma mater, several courses ranging Security Analysis to Finance & Accounting.He got his CFA charter in 1999 and later founded the CFA Association of Pakistan in May 2002 with 40 members. Assistant Professor of Ophthalmology, Aga Khan University
Dr Sharmeen Akram is an alumna of AKU Medical College and an Assistant Professor of Ophthalmology and Consultant eye surgeon with special interest in cornea and cataract at the Aga Khan University. Her sub-speciality is Refractive eye surgery and she is the first female refractive surgeon in Pakistan with formal training from University of Sydney. She is the Executive member of Corneal Transplant Board at AKU, Executive member of Woman in Ophthalmology, Pakistan and Founding Executive member of Association of Woman in Surgery, Pakistan. She is actively engaged in teaching / education, is a mentor for medical students and her other focus is to promote and mentor young female eye surgeons. As a dedicated philanthropist and an Executive Member of The Patients’ Behbud Society for AKUH, she is actively engaged in promoting and supporting the corneal transplant program for the needy patients at AKUH.

Mr. Abdul Qadir Memon is a Founder and Chief Advisor of A. Qadir & Company (Taxation and Corporate Laws Consultants), which was established in 1980. Currently he is serving as Patron Pakistan Tax Bar Association (PTBA), Director State Life Insurance Corporation of Pakistan, Director Institute of Financial Markets of Pakistan and Member Advisory Committees: Federal Tax Ombudsman, Federation of Chamber of Commerce & Industry, Karachi Chamber of Commerce & Industry and Federal Board of Revenue’s Alternative Dispute Resolution Committee. Fawzia Vellani brings 20+ years’ experience in the legal and corporate sectors. Up until 2010 she was the Managing Director of Shell Gas LPG. She was the first Pakistani woman to join the Executive Team and Board of Directors of Shell Pakistan Ltd. She started her career with Shakeel Lari Associates and then moved to Caltex as their Chief Legal Advisor in 1994. Fawzia spent two years with the company and then joined Shell Pakistan Ltd. in 1997 as the Company Secretary and Legal Affairs Manager. She subsequently took a yearlong sabbatical to do a second LLM at LSE, UK. On her return she resumed work with Shell, Pakistan working as their General Manager Business Strategy and was later selected for the role of Managing Director at Shell Gas LPG. Her voluntary experience includes service as Honourary Secretary to the Pakistan Human Development Fund; Vice Chairperson Shell Pakistan Staff Advisory Council; Member, Managing Committee of the Overseas investors Chamber of Commerce and Industry; Vice chairperson, LPG Association of Pakistan; President, Maulana Mohammad Ali Jauhar Housing Society; and Member, Board of Governors for Indus Valley School of Art and Architecture.
Mr. Sheikh Perwez Ahmed’s career began nearly five decades ago and his association with Feroze 1888 is from the beginning as he was among the founding members of the company.
